For us, creation is aesthetically and politically inseparable from transmission, from horizontal and joint research. Upstream, in parallel with the productions, we develop workshops, laboratories and participatory performances which take various forms depending on the context. We think of it as research for forms linked either to our shows or to the company's more general approach to contemporary writing. For us, these meetings are productive, encouraging creativity.
The training sessions are also places for sharing, particularly with the young teams that we support as part of a mentoring programme.
